Service Description

This four (4) or eight (8) hour workplace series includes round robin discussion and energy work practices to enhance your connection with Self and grow your inner spark! Together, we will experience empowering exercises to assist in walking through life with confidence, calm, and authenticity! When we fully engage with our Selves and provide understanding for ourselves, we also increase our emotional intelligence and understanding for others in a team setting. Energy work exercises may getting in touch with your personal energy, shielding exercises, shadow work, chakra work, grounding and centering, applied kinesiology, meditation and journeying, cord cutting, and many more topics! Please schedule a free initial consultation so that we may determine what exercises are best for your workplace culture. Once the consultation is complete, I will provide a tailored schedule and options to choose from. Price is $45 per person in attendance for a four (4) hour workshop, or $75 per person in attendance for an eight (8) hour workshop.
